Thea Goguadze
Founder / Director
With over 10 years of experience in art project management and a strong foundation in international relations and diplomacy spanning two decades, Thea Goguadze is the visionary behind Reach Art Visual Art Consulting Company, founded in 2019. Her mission is to position Reach Art Visual as a leading platform in the promotion of Georgian contemporary art and cultural heritage. Since its inception, she has been actively engaged in collaborations with international exhibition and gallery spaces, as well as partnering with organizers of prominent art festivals, fairs, and auctions. Thea’s interests encompass diverse fields of visual and audiovisual art, from 20th-and 21st-century painting to photography, performance, interactive installations, and beyond.
Mariam Shergelashvili
Creative Projects Leader at R.A.V., Editor-in-Chef at ZE-Gavlena- a bilingual art magazine
Mariam Shergelashvili with an M.A. in Art History and Theory, is an independent researcher, cultural manager, and exhibition curator at the State Silk Museum. Her working interest is to research and analyze different practices of contemporary visual art. Mariam is actively working to develop non-formal educational platforms through researching curatorial and theoretical practices in collaboration with museums and other institutions. She has been involved in different research and practical projects, organizing and coordinating various educational activities, exhibitions, seminars, and lectures. Among her recent independent projects are the curatorial/artistic platform unarchived_semiotics, which she founded in 2022, and the social art project TAN_KHMOVANI about noise pollution and sound ecology initiated in 2023.
Lizi Lakia
Communications & Project Coordinator
Lizi is an International Relations graduate with a focus on Far East Studies and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Mass Communications: Public Relations and Advertising in Seoul, South Korea. Fluent in both Korean and English, Lizi is skilled in managing communications and executing projects that bridge cultural and creative sectors.
At Reach Art Visual, Lizi coordinates projects from conception to completion, handling internal and external communications while crafting impactful campaigns. Her passion for art, literature, and music, shapes her belief in the unifying power of art, making her not only a communicator, but a connector.
Natia Ejoshvili
Strategic Communications and Outreach Consultant
With over 15 years of expertise in international relations and strategic communications, Natia Ejoshvili joined Reach Art Visual in 2024, combining her passion for the arts with her background in cultural diplomacy to promote Georgian art on the global stage. Natia has held key foreign policy advisory roles with the Government of Georgia and the Prime Minister’s Office, where she oversaw foreign policy coordination and lobbying efforts to advance Georgia’s foreign policy goals. She has a strong academic background, having taught at Ilia State University and worked for several think tanks. Natia holds advanced degrees in International Relations and European Studies from the Universities of Amsterdam, Bologna, and Tbilisi State University, along with postgraduate education from the University of Milan.
Liza Chachanidze
Social Media Manager
Liza Chachanidze is a recent graduate of Tbilisi State University’s Journalism and Mass Communications program. With early experience in television and public relations, she brings a foundational understanding of media and a strong enthusiasm for arts and culture. As the Social Media Manager at Reach Art Visual, Liza is focused on building her skills by creating engaging content highlighting the creativity of the company’s partner artists and galleries. She aims to develop a dynamic online presence for Reach Art Visual, connecting audiences with the inspiring stories behind Georgian art and the people who bring it to life.
Tamara Tsereteli
Event Management & Public Relations Coordinator
Tamara Tsereteli brings together her academic background and practical experience in her approach to art management. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Theory from Tbilisi State University and is currently completing her Master’s degree at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts. Her professional background includes gallery coordination, art project curation, and communications, with a focus to bridging meaningful collaborations within the art community.
